Community Cleanup, Shred & Donation Event

City of Santee residents may drop off unwanted items such as appliances, mattresses, furniture and tree limbs for disposal by WM (This is for household waste only). And new this year Goodwill will be on site accepting donations. Here is a list of donation items Goodwill accepts. 

Be prepared to show proof of residency with a driver's license, gas/electric/water or Waste Management bill.

Each household is allowed to dispose of up to four (4) items with WM.

Shredding is limited to five (5) bankers boxes per household.

No Hazardous Materials - This includes paints, oil, batteries and household or industrial chemicals, etc.

No Construction Materials - This includes concrete, brick, drywall and roofing material.

No Commercial Vehicles - This includes enclosed U-Haul/rental moving trucks or Business Vehicles.

Items Goodwill does not accept - Tax donation receipts will be provided on site.
