Cynthia Whitney is a CPA located in Santee, California providing tax preparation, bookkeeping, auditing, and other financial services to individuals and businesses. She has over 20 years of accounting and tax experience. Cynthia provides full charge accounting services to a diverse clientele including small to mid-sized businesses, banks and non-profit organizations in the Greater San Diego Area.
