Santee Chamber of Commerce Announces 2023 Person of the Year

Santee, California - The Santee Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the recipient of the prestigious Person of the Year award. This esteemed honor is bestowed upon an individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and service to the Santee community. After careful consideration and deliberation, the Santee Chamber of Commerce proudly recognizes Daniel Buksa as the 2023 Person of the Year. Daniel has been an integral part of our community, tirelessly working to enhance the quality of life for all residents of Santee.

To celebrate this outstanding achievement and honor Daniel, the Santee Chamber of Commerce invites the entire community to join us at the Santee Heroes Celebration. This special event will take place on April 25 at the picturesque Carlton Oaks Golf Course.

The Santee Heroes Celebration will be an evening filled with gratitude, recognition, and camaraderie. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and congratulate Daniel, along with a list of other “Heroes” being recognized from the likes of the Santee School District, Santee Fire Department, Santee Sheriff’s Department, Santee-Lakeside Rotary Club, Santee Kiwanis Club and more. This is also an opportunity to mingle with fellow community members, local business leaders, and elected officials.
