Hello Santee!

This week the East County Economic Development Council hosted their annual manufacturing expo at Grossmont College. This yearly celebration of National Manufacturing Day hosts local manufacturers to showcase their industry to students and job seekers. The area was flooded with campus students as well as hundreds of local high school students bused in from around the region. Great job by James Sly and team and a special thank you to Terry from Handel's Ice Cream for letting me sneak to the front of the line for a cool treat to enjoy as I checked out the exhibitors!
