The Santee Chamber is excited to welcome Topwater Grill, the new waterfront dining spot at Lake 4 in Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve! Operated by Pacific Dining Group, Topwater Grill offers fresh California-style favorites like wild salmon, burgers, acai bowls, and craft beer in a family-friendly atmosphere. The grand opening took place last Friday, June 13, 2025 and the Chamber was excited to help witness the ribbon cutting and welcome such an incredible addition to our community. Be sure to stop by and enjoy great food with a beautiful lakeside view!
